Position 1 – Machinist/Tool Maker
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience.
Must be capable of performing set-up and machining
Geometrical tolerancing, a must.
CNC experience desired.

Position 2 – Maintenance
Requirements
Must be able to repair and maintain all makes of CNC control systems and electrical shop machinery.
Mechanical maintenance experience desired.

Position 3 – Wire EDM Operator
Requirements
Must be able to program, set-up, and operate Wire EDM equipment.
Agie machines currently being used.

Position 4 – Welders
Requirements
Must be able to certify on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to ASME Section IX and AWS codes and standards.
Must be able to apply knowledge of metal working principles to fabricate equipment to precise specifications using GMAW and GTAW processes.

Position 5 – Administrative Assistant
Position reports directly to CEO and interfaces with all departments
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years experience.
Must be organized, neat, and have advanced computer skills.

Position 6 – Quality Engineer
Job Description
Performs quality planning and ensures compliance to customer and regulatory requirements.  Ensures processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.  Serves as lead auditor to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.  Leads out in developing countermeasures to eliminate quality problems.
Requirements
3 years in quality assurance.  Prior experience with ISO or equivalent quality management system requirements, including auditing and third party accreditation.  Bachelor’s degree in related technical field.
