Our Capabilities

Our Tool Shop is equipped with Moore precision jig grinding and boring equipment.

Our Inspection Lab is fully equipped with conventional measuring and inspection equipment calibrated to NIST standards, including a Mitutoyo Model BHN 1325 CMM and an API Radian R-50 Laser Tracking System.

Our Machine Shop is equipped with 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC mills, 2-axis CNC lathes, 2-½ axis CNC wire EDM, sinker EDM machine, jig grinder, and manual turning and grinding capacity up to 100” diameter. Milling capacity ranges from 20” x 40” Mazak AJV25, with high-speed spindle and high-pressure through spindle coolant, to a 120” x 240” 5-axis SNK Gantry Milling Machine. We also feature a 4+axis SNK Nissin Model BP130.3.0, Planar Style HBM.

Our Fabrication Shop is equipped with shear, saws, thermal-cutting equipment, and GTAW and GMAW
welders.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) has been certified by PRI to be in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. Our fusion welding program has also been certified by PRI, to be in compliance with the requirements of Nadcap. We were the first contractor in the state of Tennessee to achieve this accreditation.
